Project Description

Materials needed for the project were pre-ordered in advance to speed up the process. Before mobilising to the site, contacts were contacted if needed. Coordination with Western Power was attempted to permit the removal of the power inlet on the property's front elevation. When the team arrived, they quickly set up the work area, ensuring safety by installing 50 metres of roof edge guard. The removal and correct disposal of 35m2 of asbestos eaves was completed, and a clearance certificate was issued. Roof maintenance comprised cleaning and sealing 150m2 of roof tiles, including penetrations and valleys.

The thorough project included replacing and painting 50 metres of fascia. Simultaneously with the fascia, timber eaves frames were restored and repaired, removing significant drooping and reinforcing additional structure for support. Gutter replacement for 50 metres and downpipe replacement for 22 metres went off without a hitch. Precision was used in the installation and painting of 35m2 of eave liner.

Following completion of the project, Western Power reconnected the energy, and the team completed a thorough cleanup, leaving the site pristine by removing all accumulated debris, thereby completing the project on a high note.
