Project Description

The project began with the construction of a large work space complete with multi-level scaffolding and a designated site bin. The existing roof tiles were carefully removed and disposed of. Security cameras were deactivated and safely kept for the duration of the installation. The installation phase involved the painstaking placement of new rafters, trimmers, and frames at the store front, creating the essential infrastructure for the installation of new cladding.

Full-length sheets were professionally fitted as the new cladding, stretching from the roof line to the upper border above the front door. Colorbond Kingklip sheets were precisely put onto the new timber frames, and then custom-made flashing to compliment the new Kingklip cladding was fitted. After the completion of the job, the team performed a comprehensive cleanup, leaving the site immaculately clean by eliminating all accumulated trash, assuring a pristine conclusion to the project.
